Global Empire Holdings was founded in 2021 to align multiple logging and forestry operations in the Ohio Valley. It has since expanded to trucking, logistics, sawmills and more.

Based in West Chester Ohio Empire leverages decades of experience logging & business operations to integrate into all facets of the forestry industry.

Empire was originally founded as TC Construction to by Timber. The first logging crews would go into the field in 1991.

In the 1990’s and 2000’s TC Construction would focus on corporate logging contracts such as harvesting timber from 48,000 for Duke Energy.

TC construction rebranded to Midwest Land and Timber in 2005 and went on to purchase 1,100 Acres in 2006, the first directly owned land tract.

Midwest Land and Timber setup it’s first Sawmill in 2011 Batavia, Ohio with a second one, the Mt. Orb Sawmill, getting setup in 2020.

Midwest Land and Timber was acquired by Allura Capital Finance Group in 2021 where it would go on to become Empire Global Holdings.
